R E T U R N P O L I C Y
All orders on the "Store" section of this website are fulfilled by Printful.
If an item is misprinted, damaged, or defective when received in the mail, submit a claim as soon as possible and do not remove any tags or stickers on the product. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. When making a claim, please include a detailed explanation of what is wrong with the product and three photos (one photo of the whole item, one medium-close photo of the defective area on the item, and one close-up photo of the defective area on the item). For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
Claims deemed an error on Printful's part will be covered at Printful's expense. However, items that have been washed, worn, or have had the tags/stickers removed are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or re-shipments. Furthermore, all items are custom and printed on demand. Therefore, we do not refund or exchange items due to buyer's remorse, if the wrong size is ordered, or any other reason that is not deemed an error on Printful's part.
